Well there is going to be less telephone exchanges about meaning you are more likely to be connecting to an exchange at a further distance, reducing your stream speed so it's going to even out. I see what you mean with the old people one though .

Yes, i reckon it's a slight faster speed. Not because of less people as the contention will be pretty much equivalent, trust me. Rather because of the users that are actually there ie. more OAPs lol.
