    Hmm, I used to do 200 sit ups every night, it really has an impact... but I wouldn't recommend doin' too many as you'll end up like a twig rather than a six pack.

    As Zuar said, and do a little first then expand on the amount when your use to it, also eat health and do other aspects.

    Push ups wouldn't because it helps your muscles. Jogging helps you loose a bit of weigh and does help you develop your six pack, but not in a great amount as sit ups.
