    Just an update, ASUS is suspending 900 sales pending the release of the 901 and 1000.

    Haven't read the thread but in relation to the thread title my dad has one and loves it but he says they're too unreliable or something.

    Unreliable? Hardly! the processor is under clocked, yes. But the SSD makes up for it. I've ran Flight Simulator 2004 on mine, and it ran great!

    I disagree. If you want to see an ugly notebook, check out the new acer styles..


    As for the EEE's design I believe it to be a standard laptop look..only compact.

    I'm just glad that on the new 900 and 1000 series they've made the screen 8.9"s. therefor getting rid of the speakers on either side of the LCD.
