For the record, in my opinion vB is better for a community (mainly because of the community the script itself has). IPB is better for perhaps businesses as the script is coded much more efficiently which makes it run better.

IPB has a giant community as well, and half the scripts for Vb have been copied from IPB although the same could be said the other way around. Tbh its all down to personal preference.
