2001 Space Odyssey, I don't care if anyone says that Stanley Kubrick is an awesome visionary ******* director, it was, single-handedly the most mundane and tedious film I've ever watched.

I think all Kubrick did was film 20 seconds of footage and then played it in slow-motion to last 3 hours.

Wow that's appalling, 2001 and it's sequel were amazing pieces of cinema, most people don't understand it because it's an interpretive film not one held within a single plot. I'm actually in shock that anyone would suggest it.
