I know why it makes sense for an AGM/GM to own it but it really isn't practical considering none of them use Habbo regularly.

And the fact their on during midnight doesn't help the fact.

I just think whoever is manager should own the room, I know this has bad points to it but I think the positives far outweigh the negatives.

I think it all depends on who the manager is.. I remember everyone suggesting that the manager should own HxHD when I was manager .. I was really worried that ---MAD--- would agree because I had no furni at the time

Nvrspk4 doesn't own the furni that is in the room ATM if I remember rightly, lol. I don't think it's too much of an issue but unless the manager does own it soon then unfortunately I can't see anything changing from how crap hxhd was before it closed. Originally Posted by Dan2nd

Wow - it seems a lot of people have opinions! I've ready through each and every one of them and i'd reply to them all.. but it would take an age!
