Not a bad idea really, not a bad idea at all. Thing is though, don't FIFA get some sort of commision or something for big transfers, or do they get nothing like that?
I hope they do it though, It'd quell the fears of most football fans who think the league is going to **** because of money. Hell, I've heard it from Liverpool & Man Utd supporters. O_o
