Habbo Moderaters are not helpfull and dont do there job

I don't think they do that anymore. I'm still waiting for a reply from the help tool and it's been hours now.

If you haven't noticed, it tells you to wait AT LEAST 48 hours on WORK DAYS :rolleyes:

exactly, moderators are there to support the community and deal with offending users, not sort out errors that, most of the time, are only happening to you because you have a rubbish computer.

I believe there is a button on the call for help tool that says something about harrassment which is the only way to send a direct call for help, therefore if you click this and tell them something that is nothing to do with their job, it serves you right if you get a reply that isn't anything to do with your report...

One of you said you sent about 10 reports in the space of an hour or two and claims that they were all read by a moderator but nothing was done about them. If I'm honest, you should be the one being banned for wasting a moderators time; one report is enough and if nothing is done just be patient and use the "shut up" button. If the person comes on clones, click shut up on them, leave the room, get off habbo, do whatever you like but don't send multiple reports about the same person.

I think it just depends on which moderator picks up (or doesn't pick up) your call.
I'm pretty sure the 'put them on shutup' is an automatic reply to the section of harrassment etc.

i find habbo moderators quite pathetic, they just tell you to put them on ignore or when you report some blocking, they just ignore it :S

Like I said, I think it depends which moderator gets your call
When the bensalem under water city quest was on someone was blocking in a room purposely and asking for respect/furni so I sent a CFH and one came and kicked them and then that MOD stayed in that room and went in others checking no more blocking was going on.

I've never had any issues or problems with Moderators in the past and hopefully not in the future. Although - Moderators are trained people and they know whats right and wrong. Lets use the door blockers report as an example, they don't have to come to kick the disturbing users out - but I've seen them do so. There are just some moderators who enforce their policy to do as they as entitled to.

Heres a list of prioritys ;

Low Priority:

- Swearing/Flooding/Blocking

- Scripting (harmless ones)
etc etc



High Priority:

- Giving away personal information such as cam, address or phone numbers

- Arranging to meet up online

- Personal threats or dangrous behaviour

- Sexual activities

- Vulgarity/fraud

- Tricking others into giving habbo login information

- Giving out websites that plant viruses or trick you into giving login information



Moderators are trained staff - they enforce rules. This seems to be the same problem with the police in "real life".

Moderation is also trained in fairness and equality.

You get mod "haterz"
You get police "haterz"
Hating is everywhere.

About a month ago, MOD-Omega muted me - I was telling him to temp. ban someone who was being generally rude - Swearing etc. He muted me for no reason. I think they are useless. And these people are getting paid?!

I understand completely at how ignorant the mod's are they have the power over us. that doesn't mean they have to abuse it, The mods are snobby and generally rude. They give OTT Bans, For eg. i got a 30 day ban for something as minor as blocking ( i was brb ) i should have moved but i was in a hurry

Cause I will honestly call head desk and say you know what I'm 15, but I'm smarter and more efficient than more than half your moderation team. Give me an interview, and watch me shine. I Noticed how habbo mods dont do anything, if you report something no matter what even if its not harrasment etc they just say the same message click shut up on the habbo charcater.

This is what i called for help for i messaged them saying there was a error with there main site and they replyed click shut up, like wth perhaps it was not were i was ment too report it but i didnt know where to go and they could of gave a decent effort of replying, i also noticed some mods are extremly rude?

Basically i made this thread to rant about mods and how **** they are do you think the mods are useless?

You should obviously try contact your community/safety manager through email, moderators can't help or fix anything.

Yeah, I get the point, and I totaly agree with Jordulti. However, try imagine the situation instead. You get hundreds of calls, you've probably dealing with scammers and insults at the same time and then something like this shows up - I'd say that 90% of these guys hanging on this forum would be pissed if you were in their shoes trying to answer 100s of calls at the same time - the line will get crossed, it just depends on who you're talking to.

In that picture of MOD-Omega 'saying a swear word' you are aware in the context he used it in it isn't offensive :rolleyes: Also you are aware that it isn't against the Habbo Way to swear and if you have such a problem with it why do you have the Bobba filter off?
