The Bible is more of a moral guidance and our world is based upon it believe it or not, and like it or not. As for the strange incest debates around this forum, it is wrong and you risk having a child with more problems than a normal child would encounter.

I disagree. Say there's two separate family generations, who of which has not had any sort of dysfunctional members in them, one of the members of each family gets together and get pregnant and the baby comes out ok.

• How come we have sex education in primary school?

If we had that instinct, then we would know all of that at birth

Like someone said sex education is more guidance on STDs, contraception and pregnancy. Like in animals though, information is passed down through families (and often in schools for humans). Obviously it had to be figured out at the start of time but I'm pretty sure it'd be worked out soon enough. Bare in mind you get sex education mostly before you hit puberty.

The children could well be fine, but it is not worth any risk what so ever. Why defend incest anyway, not only is it strange but is also morally wrong.

God, you really need to grow up and realise that not every word in the bible is set for in stone and has to be taken literally.

As I have made perfectly clear already many catholic officials believe that the majority of - and in particular the story of adam and eve - are not to be taken on a literal basis, but more on a metaphorical one.

You clearly are still failing to comprehend this very simple and competent issue.
