No it's when the top scientists tell you theres nothing they can do to prevent it. Also the Worlds Health Organistation has no idea what to do is worrying too.

Just one of the few people I wish would get the swine flu.

closing the borders would be the stupidest idea ever. we would lose millions of pounds if we closed the borders which wont be good because we are in a recession

Yes, it is far better taking a risk with peoples lives and taking a even bigger risk in terms of economics, because if it goes widespread all our public places and cities will be effectivly closed, just like now in Mexico City where the city with 20 million people in has fallen silent and is losing £56 million per day.

The millions lost closing the borders and saving lives is far preferable to potential mass death and having the whole country close down, which would cripple our economy.

5 Confirmed cases in the UK and possibly more as a school has been shut in Devon which could of possibly spread through hundreds in the school after a girl was confirmed to have it.

Which backs up Undertakers point on closing the borders..

Asia, Middle East, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Israel, Brazil, Colombia, France, Cuba and UK either have confirmed or suspect swine flu cases.

Also WHO have announced that the virus spreading is not slowing down and are on the verge of jumping the milestone to putting the threat level to 5 which is 1 away from a Pandemic.

Although it must be highlighted that the child that died in the US had only just travelled to Texas from Mexico to recieve treatment for the swine flu.
