Things like this happen a lot and it takes a lot for it to make the news. I live 15 minutes away from that school as well so I'll have a look out for the car (but I'll need a better description, e.g. car model, colour, year. Also who was driving? how many suspects were they? How old did they look? And what were there appearance?

Dont know anything about the car. A quite fat romanian looking guy was driving, he looked quite old 40-50 and the guy who came out was about 20. Didnt exactly look poorish, the old guy was in a suit It sorta looked like this

What the hell am I doing? I'm giving someone a little bit of advice on self defence. I've had the samn damn thing happen to me, and usually just showing you have a knife scares them off. The same thing would probably happen to this guy too. He sounds like he just wanted a 'smash-and-grab' job. Even if you get kidnapped, carrying a knife would help you break out of where ever they're going to throw you while transporting you.

If he pulls a knife on you, then you obviously run, just like he did. I didn't tell him to stab anyone, I didn't even say to use it in self-defence. Even the presence of a knife will scare away most idiotic kidnappers.

well i see your point and perhaps it is wrong... but what if I get killed, organs sold on the black market and then some pedo will do me as a corpse... i might take a knife for extra security, maybe just get it out like to scare them away

Well about last week, we all got told that "there was a suspicious man lurking around the school for a few hours" and we were told to be extra safe and dont go home alone.

So after a day or two, everybody forgot about it and we didnt really care and thought it was nothing.

The following day (or two) we had a "special assembly" telling us that someone attempted to "abduct" (that word made me lol for some reason) a girl.

I dont know who the girl was but she was walking to school at about 10am (obv late) and a man comes out the car and tries to get her in the car, hitting her etc. She manages to run away and goes to the safest place near her (the school) and our school then pass it onto the police.

The scary thing is, the same thing happened numerous times not far from my school.

(This was like 3-4 days ago)

So today, we finished early at 1 oclock and me and my friends are walking to the bus stop. A strange black jeep goes past us and begins to slow down, but we dont notice it much. Then it started beeping at us and stopped and a man poked his head out the door and was like waving us in as in like "come here, come on in." So me and my friends were like ***?

And the guy gets out the car and starts to run at us. We start running and then we notice the guy gets back in the car and drives off...

Its just so scary and I dont feel safe anymore. Gonna report it to the Headteacher on Monday, cos after all I think she does need to know.

Right taking all this into account, search your neighbourhood and search for this car. If you say that a lot of people round the Gorton area are romanian, just scan the streets and look for the vehicle, whether you're with your friends in a group, with parents in a car or with friends' parents.

I was a witness to an incident in town near my other house, in warrington, a man hit a kid because he fell off his bike into his Citroen C3, I didn't capture the registration plate (because this was the first incident I was apart of) but I searched for that car and found the guy who had hit the kid, the kids family are now pressing charges.
