I think its been about three weeks now but I also pre-ordered it on Amazon just in case they didn't reply back to me. As I wanted it on the release day.

Installed mine no problem, not happy though.. my dad was shouting upstairs and i accidently formatted the wrong hard drive LOL i have lost over 1000 songs

Ah, then they may either be busy with requests, questions and so forth. It would naturally take a long time for them to respond to something they actually have to look at

Has anyone noticed weird things happening with their machines? It might be that windows.old file the clean install made. I seem to have a few pages of my firefox history still around and it added a load of things that shouldn't of been added. I'm pretty sure The Sims 3 won't have my objects and photos, especially when I'm not logged in

But for some reason, it installed with all my content intact!

Why don't people get Professional instead of Home Premium :S :S

And if you don't get the email, add it to your contacts and reapply. It worked for me.

Perhaps something to do with PRICE.

And tbh there is nothing on professional or ultimate that is really worth it?

I didn't because I don't need the features, I already have a large e-penis and I didn't actually see the check box when I ordered.
