I can't honestly give a very constructive reply to this thread because I've never had to send a complaint or enquiry to Matt so I haven't got anything to go by other than various posts I see by him and the general appearance of the forum. Based on this, there's no big issues that come to mind so my vote has to be a yes .

Just to add I voted "no" in the poll. Although thinking about it with hindsight my vote would be more appropriate for the "could do better" choice.

Indeed there is always room for improvement. The question is, is improvement being made? I think Matt is doing a good job however there are aspects which could do with improving and Matt will probably agree. It's a considerable workload and he has a life and college to address as well.

I don't think I can express how sick I am of seeing these threads about the moderation. 17 people so far voted saying Matt's doing fine and only 5 said he's not. He's here to stay, he's doing fine. Give it up please.

I agree with this. All the threads about the staff and the rules are getting tiresome, more so than the problems themselves (if there are any).

Matthew as the Forum manager is great, he's helpful, and a nice character, just some of the mod's have grudges against some users.

It still seems a bit like the thread is unnecessarily singling out and targeting Matt so it's probably going to be grouped with those threads that do complain about various members of staff.

If I were staff I reckon I'd be pretty shaken if a thread like this appeared about me with no obvious reasons.
