What do you think of the current Forum Manager

I haven't had a problem with him and I think he must be doing a good job unlike the way some past regimes on here operated and treated staff and users. I see no multiple threads being closed like they would of done in the past, I don't see users being banned for no reason under made up rules, I don't see multiple complaint threads about management - so something is going right.

I have no idea, i'm just referring to how the forum was ran in the past but management has all changed now and i'm happy with it as it seems to be run by people who haven't stepped on others to get to their positions.

I think he's fair in the way he doesn't take any sides but when I wanna complain I send to someone else (probably jin) because they're more likely to do something, I notice with matt I've had replies "that shouldn't have been done" when I was complaining about moderation in one thread but i don't think he actually did anything to prevent it happening again so I just pmed Nvr and Nvr spoke to them about it (I think?). It's like he acknowleges the bad parts but doesn't resolve them unless someone makes a feedback thread then he'll "pass" the rule, I don't think he uses his authority enough. I voted he could do a lot better..

Oh yeah I just go to nvr or Jin, I forgot lol. I think that's only cos they've been on MSN at the time or whatever though. I rarely need anything anyway.

Interesting the people who have said they've had to deal with him directly with their issues haven't been entirely satisfied. I don't think he's doing an awful job by any means, just hardly great either.

He maybe doesn't take action of some things because maybe they do not need action - that is real management, whereas in the past we had people slapped down with bans, infractions and warnings for the smallest of issues.
