Every week there is someone complaining about HxHD and usually they're right. When are HxHD going to sort out their Staff, Room, Rules etc! It's not that hard. Yes it has improved mainly due to a several few, but it just seems the Help Desk is getting complaint after complaint. You don't see this happening to other departments as often. I am not saying that the Help Desk should do whatever the people who complain say but maybe start actually Valueing (However you spell it) the publics opinion. A while back when we had the Mall tele I decided to go have a look at HFFM's Lounge and It was packed! I have no idea what they are doing but it's about time we take a page out of their books.

Out of all the departments, I think the Help Desk probably finds it hardest to find dedicated staff and grow generally because it's the only one who needs to look beyond its normal users when recruiting.
So if it is showing signs of improvement, well done HxHD.

I think personally seeing as hxhd has had a staff increase i have seen a improvement, as there are more staff to be active at earlier times such as 7am onwards i'd admit, sometimes there arent staff in the room, but you cant really expect us to active 24/7, well done HxHD theres a improvement![]()

We cant really sort it out if we don't know what you think we need to sort out "/. There are other departments which do get complaints, believe me, its just not in public. How do you know the HxHD management dont value the members opinion?

There are some DJs who are so annoying and suck up's on the radio when they get a popular Habbo in their room. OMG OMG XXX IS IN THE ROOM. EVERYONE SAY I LOVE XXX. I AM GNA SCREENIE EVERYONE SAYING I LOVE XXX. OMG XXX IS HERE, EVERYONE COME DOWN. YAY XXX IS HERE. AWW XXX IS BEING MEAN BY NOT TALKING. XXX TALK TO US. - That happened about 2 days ago and it was so irritating. This was followed by OMG THERE IS NO DJ AFTER ME. OMG OMG OMG. LEMME GO FIND A DJ. HxHD is popular and has a lot of members many times. Maybe HFFM get their DJ's to come (if they have a radio dept which I am sure they do) to their Lounge to get it popular. Do you not think that you as a DJ should maybe try and help other departments, such as advertising the HxHD sometimes to get it popular? Its easy to moan about something, but you are staff in a department which has influence on Habbos and you should use it to help other departments.

They don't, just HFFM is a better place as its more relaxed on rules

I'm not saying you can't have an opinion, I'm just saying people like Alex or Scott would have better suggestions for HxHD because they're frequent visitors.
It's like if I started giving HxL a lot of feedback and saying I didn't like it. I never listen to HxL so I would never do that
