a lot always annoys me. i don't fall foul to any of them on a regular basis but when i'm typing i might do you're instead of your or something but i'd never ever do it when i'm writing irl

They're means 'they are'. "They're going to the park".
Their means 'belonging to them'. "Their clothes were stolen while they were swimming in the fountain"
There is a location. "They found the clothes there, by the playground"
