Does age matter?

Depends on the age and gap really... like I think for teenagers a 3 year gap is too big and I cant see why the older person would want to make it work really unless they were for some reason madly in love with a 12 year old or something.

But it doesnt happen much I dont think because people would obviously mature a lot quicker and perhaps get sexual urges which would obviously not be right lol

It doesn't necessarily matter about the age. Some mature better than others. For example, a 12 year old could be very mature and act like a 15 year old? It just really depends on the person and personality i guess.

I think its fine if thier older like 18+ but getting people who are 18/19 going out with 15's for me is not right.

Yeah that's true but if an 11 year olds going out with a 14 year old and they are both of like average maturity it wouldn't work because they would just have different interests etc

well 3 years is 21, so im not sure. I guess if i really liked them before I knew their age I wouldn't care, but to me 20s is like a man age and i'd feel too young LOL.

Sorta true, but not all 11-14 year olds have different interests. For example, i know some people online who are like 15 and are still into disney stuff, like jonas brothers and ****. :S (stuff 11 year olds would like).

Unless they have the mental of age of an 11 year old as well I could never see it happening really, the gap between teenage and childhood just makes it seem impossible for me but it does really depend on the person.

with teenagers if the gap of age differenciates by a great amount like 13 and 17 it seem reallllllllly wrong but when you older say with my parents theres 7 years diffrence between then it doesnt seem wrong.

Also if the girl is older than the boy it also seems wrong but if the boy is older than the girl it seem to be OK ?? i dont say this is right but it just does !!

Yeah, erm... i'm 13 & my bf is 17. :L ( im coming 14 okay?! ) but yeah. it sounds wrong, but doesn't feel it. and we have PLENTY to talk about. :S we barely ever find awkward conversations with nothing to talk about. So, yeah. It does just depend on the person as me & him have been dating for 7 and a half months. :S still as happy & lively as ever.
