How do you cancel your XBL subscription?

I use pre-paid cards so I'm not sure about this but yea.

It should say turn it off, if not I have no idea.

I use a 12 month prepaid card and i spent like 8£ on msp they then charged me for an extra year on my cc without asking or running it by me i thought someone robbed my cc cos on my statement it came up from luxomburg :L

I avoid giving my card details out anywhere really, I pay for everything I can with pre-paid cards, the only sites with my card linked are amazon and GAME.

just ring them up and cancel your xbox live subscription, i've done this once and they were cool and done it without a million questions

Yeah but it wants me to renew my card or update with a new card before it will let me click it, which is dumb.
