guess what i watched last night football match lol yep i acctually did sorry if this is kinda off topic but i needed to share this news

Uhm, all of you that think im crazy for thinking that USA is just as good as England, if were not, than how did we TIE you guys. A tie. 1-1 final score. Both teams have the same amount. Numbers dont lie, if youre as good as you think you are than you would've beat us, but you tied. We're equal. Just as good.

Right.. again from that post you have no clue. 1 game doesn't determine anything. Switzerland beat Spain. Does that mean that Switzerland are a better team than Spain? No. Although judging from your football knowledge, you'd probably say that they are.

Spain lost to Switzerland, but by no means are a worse team. Germany lost to Serbia, same applies. France to Mexico... you get my drift (or at least I'd hope so) - one result does not decide who the greater team is overall. In that particular game, yes we were tied for who was able to score the goals that matter, but that's really a reflection of how poorly the England team played on the night rather than total cumulative skill and ability. Do you really think football is just a game of stats whereby if two teams draw they must be exact equals?
