It's totally normal mate but it's not depression - it's pre-exam stress, we all encounter it. Just get on with the studying and revision etc - it's worth it when you get your certificate full of A's at the end and a place in uni.

Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity. A depressed person will experience or display some of the following
- Persistent sadness, anxiety or feelings of emptiness
- Feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and/or pessimism.
- Feelings of worthlessness or guilt
- Contemplating suicide or suicide attempt
- Problems concentrating, remembering details and making decisions
- Fatigue and loss of energy
- Persistent aches, pains or digestive problems that are resistant to treatment
- Irritability or restlessness
- Insomnia, waking early, or excessive sleeping
- Overeating, or appetite loss

It's totally normal to feel all-over-the-place during exams. You just have to do your best and be prepared. Don't ever leave things to the last minute, ever. This is guaranteed to get you worked up and stressed, not to mention you could have learned to much more if you had revised weeks before. Try get enough sleep and eat 3 healthy meals a day. Little things all add up to feeling good or bad. Exam stress & anxiety is common but should never be mistaken for depression.
You should never diagnose yourself with anything. If you feel you have an issue you're worried about, go straight to your GP. Better to stop something before it becomes worse or at least find out there is nothing wrong.![]()
Life is too short to be depressed.
