Not trying to be offence btw, i'm just saying that some people may be confused and I doubt 40% of this forum is actually that. I'd imagine it to be around 20%. But obviously this is mainly a habbo forum (not sterotyping) but that game can attract gay people and it also attracts younger people hence why more people are going through puberty and are confused... But also because this is the internet, a lot of people will come out because there will be no consequences (such as bullying etc) to them in real life, and a lot of people over the internet are more understanding. So in a sence, it doesn't suprise me that much. Not that there is wrong with anything being gay btw, I have nothing against it.
I think your last point pretty much sums up the results. I remember this guy on facebook announcing he was in a relationship with another guy and everything was like 'wth?!!' cos he didn't really seem the type. The point being, it's really hard to tell and maybe, especially amongst teenagers, it's not as rare as it looks.

Because it isn't exactly a good thing... We need men and woman to love each over, how else are the human race suppose to carry on? I ended up going to to a lady gaga concert, she was shouting stuff like "let me hear all my gay boys scream" it was just a nightmare, I looked over to my dad (yes he got tricked into going as well) and we just gave each over a knowingly stare.

If people wish to organise, fund and attend them then thats their choice and not that of my own - but I would argue it only serves to harm their 'cause' - a cause which in reality, doesnt exist and is only peddled by the militant gays.

I have no problems with gay parades provided taxpayer money doesn't go towards them, however I do believe that gay parades only worsen the divide and give gay people a bad light and henceforth why I personally would never take part in one or be tempted to visit.

The racial issue I touched on was showing the ghettoisation thats occuring in this country, it's not the skin colour I have the problem with - its the problems it creates and will create in the future. To have a minority white area at this point in time in 2010 just shows the uncontrolled pace that we have allowed immigration to take place. It doesn't really tend to be black people either as black immigration was more so after the second world war - and i've pointed to in the past how that type of controlled immigration worked and has continued to work well.

The main groups with the ghettoisation problem concerned are those of non-christian faiths, as well as Eastern European immigation. It needs some form of control otherwise Rivers of Blood will sadly become a fact in the coming decades.

I agree, the idea that surroundings influence you makes no sense at all - you can have the straightest of guys turning out gay. I personally think the link between personality and orientation comes from the genetic side the same it does with women, where most women (and a great portion of gay fellas also) are more feminine. I think personality in general has a lot to do with genes rather than surroundings.
All fair comments as now explained.

I'm not so sure. Despite all of the research Scientists have found no evidence to support the theory that it is genetic. Of course it would be naive to say this means it cannot be genetic because it clearly could but I personally believe evidence points to it being environmental. For example if some sexual disruption has been caused to someone when they are younger they are more likely to be homosexual. So essentially people who were abused whilst they were young are actually more likely to be Gay, this kind of thing clearly has nothing to do with genetics. Nonetheless it is an interesting topic
Got to be a pretty interesting topic to get 6 pages in a day.

that doesn't mean that she's promoting it.
it's just like saying 'let me hear all the lady's scream'
there was people like you going back maybe as early as 40 years ago who would disagree with that, and it's stupid.
EDIT; by that, i mean saying things like 'let me hear all the ladies scream'. didn't know if it was clear.

yes, men & women do need to love eachother for the human race to continue, however that doesn't mean that people shouldn't be gay.

and promoting gay rights is a good thing, to try & change people like your's opinions.
like how nelson mandella tried to stop aparthied. there was people just like you saying it shouldn't happen. because of elitists like you.

if there wasn't people like you around, the world would be a better place, because everybody would get on.

That is not a good example to cite. Nelson Mandela and the ANC were a terrorist organisation who targeted innocent people and used disgusting methods of torture/killing to achieve their aims, my Dad lived through the beginnings of that period. 'Necklacing' being one part of the bigger picture which is simply horrific - I would not wish it even on the most evil of peoples.

Concerning gay rights, gay rights have already been achieved without the exception of full gay legal marriage. This is what i've been getting at, forcing homosexuality down peoples throats just turns people against gay people in general and divides people. If gay is to be accepted a normal and as equal, then it needs to be treated in that way - not in a supreme way but in an equal way.

how can you even compare lady gaga to nelson Mandela and gay rights to aparteid? Nowhere do gay people get seperated to straight people and lady gaga shouting let me hear all my gay men scream is hardly standing up for gay rights... In what way does that defend gay rights? I don't think same sex relationships are right, however I think they should be allowed. I'm not against them but I'm also not for them. Tbh I think gay people should be allowed to kiss each other in public as they should be treated the same as straight people however I think the increase in the ammount of gay people is due to it being accepted more. The reason there are so many on the forum is because this is a habbo forum. I hope no one takes offence to my post as I have nothing wrong with gay people infact a I have a gay friend.

my point was that not so long a go there were people who didn't like black people, and didn't think they should have rights.
now he's saying gay people shouldn't have rights like being abe to kiss in public.
    i know they're extremes, but it's a similar idea.
