International Involvement with HxHD.

i quite like the idea of just opening hxhd applications just for international people but i don't think its fair to say hxhd is going downhill as its really not there are so many good staff.

I agree... There is no evidence to say HxHD is going down hill... The only evidence people have is that the department was lacking in staff, As I said above any department would be hit hard if this happened... It does not mean that department is going "downhill"

There is no evidence, but when the trialists settle in and more International Staff become trialists the help desk will be alot more 'stable'. I also think some of the Staff Members need to be talked to about the rules, will PM David or Shar about that later

If you see any staff member breaking the rules feel free to PM myself and David and we shall deal with it.
Myself and David layout the foundations of the rules when a staff member is given a trial, thus they should already know what the rules are and if necessary we shall remind them.
