    The 6850 wont perform the same as the 5850 at all, it'll be faster. The review site benchmarks are wrong for the most part. They put it at 30 (ish)% faster than the previous generation.

    The 6870 is the 5770 upgrade & Yes, I now agree with you that it will probably be quicker than the 5850, but not as quick as the current 5870. Either way, I think for the first month or so they are going to be overpriced and very hard to find, just like the 5 Series launch. It took me about 1.5 months to grab a 5850, and still paid over the odds for it.

    Also, the ROG brand may just be a marketing thing, but their Crosshair IV board is the best AM3 overclocking board out there. I'd say they did pretty good.

    If you want to discuss this topic further, I would recommend a real computing forum. No offense, but habbox isn't really the place for this kind of discussion.

    (Also I don't own a ROG board and probably never will intend to. I just thought it was a nice logo.)
