The thing is, freak, imbecile etc aren't swearwords and can be used in a non-insulting context whereas dick will only ever have one use that isn't inappropriate and that's calling Richard his nickname!

Well maybe it is where you come from but it isn't - it is just a slang term for penis . The terms Bollock- Head and Bollock-Brain are common around here and mean the same as D!ck Head. Just because colloquially it is considered a swear word doesn't mean it is actually defined as that and it isn't everywhere I have looked. I can't see the rules should be based on the fact that it is obviously considered to be a swear word by one region in the UK?
