No wonder the same people win all the time. I agree with [@]@Publicised[/@] it could be a mistake but I think they should double check each time before publishing.

They never check their articles sam - I've seen a few where they give the wrong closing date for the competition. Last error I saw, it basically told users to build a room and submit it in the previous week ._.

On topic: Pmsl at that, I hope that's an error - otherwise that's really not subtle and unfair on many.
