    NACC - National Association of Crohn's and Colitis
    I would love it if we donated to this charity because it is quite a small charity that not many people have heard of, probably because it gets next to no publicity. It upsets me because my mum has Crohns disease and it effects her daily life severely but people don't understand because they don't know what it is.

    Bigger charities keep a large bulk of the funds for themselves, whilst only a small amount of what you've donated goes to the cause.
