I suppose that's true but it still doesn't make sense: especially those members that are OBVIOUSLY involved (for example people who talk about it and encourage people to use it)

Oh, well there's a difference between just using it and actually encouraging people to use it. I'm pretty sure encouraging people to take part in illegal activities/break the rules, is against the rules.

Wasn't this thread about a member having random things added to her account? No idea what's happened with Lee and David (I gather that's their names) but I'm sure what was done was reasonable.
