I've noticed some attitude is really appalling, we still have the problem of people favouring their friends more, but this has been stamped down a lot - newer people don't want to see the arguments, they want the community.

To be honest what`s going on via skype should stay via skype. I am getting tired of people leaking stuff public about arguements and such. You can`t expect everyone to get along every day. There is always something sour going around but what can we do about it?
Jade and Mark does their very best to keep the team civilized or what ever you can name it but they can`t do miracles.
I also have no problems with the events staff and I have no reason to.

Jazz I am not pointing at you as you also did a great job at HxL x

Fact is competitions staff are actually watching what they do and don't get into the arguments however HxL and Events have had petty arguments ever since one break out and that's change the communication between the two too change

There's 8 competition staff.
There's 23 events staff.
There's 45 HxL staff.

You're going to get a lot more conflict in 23+45 people than 8.

Isn't it best if you just fire the people who are being so difficult? Obviously this is easier said than done but, god, if they're being really difficult the only solution, in the end, is to remove them from HxL/Events/whatever.

It would solve the problem I guess but you're right, it is easier said than done. A lot easier. Getting complaints is well and good but from experience, without screenshots, you haven't got anything to go by or to back up the dismissal because they'll just appeal the firing and since there's no proof, they'll be let back.

The managers know who's causing the problems and in a lot of cases it can be fixed but obviously not all. If they can't be fixed and firing is the only way, the need people to screen shot the proof and send it into them.

Even when I first joined Habbox a few years ago there were stupid petty arguments that would go on between staff. However if it's affecting the way the fansite community is operating (not advertising the crutial departments) then yeah I think management need to step in seeing as it's Habbox's reputation at stake. It's the job of HxL Dj's to advertise events because that's what they do isn't it? If they refuse to do that because they don't like the EO thats hosting then they need to grow up.
