Uhm hold on, I wasn't there or anything but I think it's worth mentioning. The very last part of that screenshot, does that imply that the questions/answers were leaked and Jade knew about it in advance and they went ahead and used the questions anyway? :S

Tbf, I found out at 5 to 7 and questioned Danny on Skype regarding it the minute I was told, he told me he hadn't and I asked him to change the questions if he had, at which point he then continued to promise he hadn't and I presumed that it was all some kind of joke. Obviously that wasn't the case and the questions weren't changed and I couldn't be at the event to make sure that whatever should have happened did. At this point in time I'm still awaiting a copy of the questions asked and what not, but I am still quite annoyed that I am still finding out, even now, that other people, not just the person in question were given the answers for this SNQ. Once I know whats going on in HxHD it will be paramount we make sure the rules in place for SNQ are actually followed, as there were quite a few things that weren't followed for the SNQ's of late.

Yes!! I thought this in-game but everyone was making such a fuss I couldn't be bothered to try and point it out. PoisonedLies (not sure of her real name) actually answered a question (though I can't remember which one it was) before the question had been asked. I thought this was really weird but probably just a coincidence but she kept answering questions faster than everyone else, like she already knew the answers and was just c+ping them.

If she had been sent the answers/questions, that's totally unacceptable and I would be embarrassed for HxHD.

I was called into this as soon as I woke up and came online, I got told the story by Hayden so it may have been biased but I didn't take sides either way. There were no other help desk staff in the room at the time other than Danny and to even be a senior staff and host SNQ on your own is hard enough let alone being a trialist only in the job for a fortnight or so. SNQ needs to be worked on really and I think it was Rosy who suggested people host in pairs to lessen the stress a bit, this could be implicated more or there needs to at least be more than the host in the room at the time as if people actually come in for help they'll be ignored (and for the record I've only been behind the desk for like 3 hours since i rejoined the dept and I've had a lot of people coming in for help, that might be just my timezone but it's still useful to some habbos).
Basically the questions need to be checked to be a mixture of easier and harder questions to make sure the same people dont win all the time and others stand a chance and the questions need to be kept secret. It's not a total fail if people still continue to turn up and play it just needs to be improved a lot and the staff to work together to make sure one of your staffmates aren't alone hosting and being constantly bullied by other competitive habbos.

I noticed this sorta,but more for Youthfully who also got answers insanely quick, I never saw the question answered early though, just wow to that.

I doubt answers were given out - Danny probably googled the questions which lead to pub quiz sites with ALL the questions and used them, so when players look up one question the rest come up - and a lot of hosts do this which is why it's important to create your own.

I don't care if you're a trialist, it's pretty darn easy to not give out answers to a quiz.

That doesn't answer people giving answers to questions before they were asked. And considering the person who got given answers said she was given the answers, that's a pretty clear indication.

The way she typed so quick and admitted they were leaked (I have another screenie, well did have until I forgot to save of her sayin "5 of us had answers and 3 of us decided not to play") it is most likely they did have the answers.

I don't get how they got leaked though.. afaik only Danny and Erin see the questions, so one of them gave them out?

No host is going to be perfect and not everyone is going to like the questions asked for this quiz (when they have been checked thoroughly), but hey every single person won't be pleased and that's fine - just moving along. Now in a situation like this where there are issues, just calmly inform Erin, Matt, and Jade so it can be dealt with and improvements can be made. Even offer suggestions on what could be done, rather than being negative and pointing out everything wrong because that doesn't help anybody!

It can not be automatically assumed that answers were given out unless the actual proof is held. Possibly what could have happened was that after the first or second question was asked, it was googled - leading to a list of questions being found in the same pattern. Someone could also say that they were given the answers. If so, they need to provide the proof that they were and action will be taken from there.

What I used to do is private message my Help Desk Assistant Manager, General Manager, Assistant General Manager (community), and sometimes the senior(s) if they would like to help check up on the question and answers. With all of these people knowing knowing what the SNQ questions are, it will be easier to spot mistakes. If this isn't done anymore, I encourage Erin to roll it on back in!

To be fair, taking all the questions from a website and then saying those questions in order is just as bad as giving the answers out. So something needs to be done no matter what happened.
