What do you mean Santa's not real?

WhenI was in prep (first year of primary school so I was 6) my friend told me. I went home and told my mum of the awful lies my friend was telling, and my mum told me the truth. I kept on pretetnding though becuase all these adults thought I still believed so I just played along But when I was 9 and my mum got ME to rap the presents and write the names of them, well that's when I kinda stopped pretending

Nobody told me, I just discovered it when seeing my mum put everything in the stocking and claiming "she was helping santa" but I still like christmas lool.

When i was like 5 i heard paper crinkling in the living room, i walked out there 2 minutes later nobody was out there, no lie. But i figured it out soon after that when i found presents hiding in my parents closet. I cried I believed in him so much at the time, i thought he was the one that brought me my NES along with tetris.

I was 8 years old and I caught my mum putting presents under the christmas tree haha

i was never TOLD thats just harsh hahaha, i kinda worked it out about 9/10 had to pretend though for my younger sister til i was about 12 and she was 10 LMAO.

I know I got 'told' that Santa wasn't real when I was 6, because I don't think my parents actually bought me anything that year.

I worked it out at some point around 7/8ish and then I think my older sister told me when she eventually found it out.
