In your own server type

:: pick up *item code* *number*

So for example a cracker would be:

:: pickup 962 01

*No space between :: and pickup but it comes up as :p if I don't type it like that.

Somone should make a server or everyone should use the one server with the same codes.

That's the default one ^^ really boring to play on your own server unless you can have other people play with you
