Theifing = 27 [where shoudl i train that?]
How long wil that take me do you think?

Train on stalls in ardounge or on warriors. I think stalls are better because you don't need food if you don't get caught and if you steal from the bakey stall you get food right away if you do get caught.

1063 bakers stall or tea stall

about 900+ warriors =\ lol

I know, but baker stalls have a fast respawn and don't knock you so you can't move. You can aslo steal from silk stalls, they don't have a very fast respawn but you can sell the silk for 60gp each at the silk trader on the same market, if you stay away from the market for a while.

Ohw yea, when you sell them, you should say, I'll give them to you for 120gp, he'll say you never get that, I give 50, then you say I'll sell them for 60.

Go to the tea stall (a bit south east of Varrock east bank). Theres no guards there, it respawns fast and you get the same exp as bakery
