Depends on your prayer lvl and combat skills.
I use 3-4 prayer pots and full prayer at barrows. (i'm combat 84, mage 64, range 64 and 49 prayer)
But I think 5 will do, unless you use low spells, you could always bring more just in case.

On my main I use to take an inventory of:
Dragon Dagger, Magic short, Chaos Runes, Air Runes, 2 Sharks, 4 (4) Prayer Pots.
Worked pretty fine for me.Goals69/70Attack71/?? Strength40/45 DefenseRSN: ____0___M__G
