Yea.. you guys know how the monsters change colors with what you can attack it with, is each color there for a certain amount of time or is it changed at random times?

About every 5 seconds the color changes. You have to do a certain spell to the color that the monster changes too.

The monster changes randomly and every 5-8 seconds. It's anoying because sometimes it takes a long time before you get the right coliur.
