Fires. Use dueling rings to teleport back and forward because it's the fastest way to get to the bank (at castle wars) andyou get teleported almot in front of the altar when you teleport back.

I'd Recommend Just Doing Airs.
Its Not The Best Xp, but its simple enough

Airs aren't doesn't give fast experience points but the runes are easy to sell and will pay you back from the essences you bought.
