Quickest Way To 70 Defense?

I'm currently 64 Defense and wanting to get to 70 for Karils armour, apart from experiments what are the quickest monsters to kill to 70 defense?
Clue scroll drops would be nice at least.

Not all of it. Just to the bit where you can get on the island.
But it'd be easier if you had, as you can hold to monkey gregee to get in unnoticed.

if u did horror from deep go back to lighthouse and fight dags? they agresive and have been proven to give more xp than experiments cuz they constantly bombard u
