Yeah, Ruenhq says in the ruins in lvl 30 wildy, but I can't find any ruins in lvl 30 wildy.

Its not there, as there is lava around you when you get steel legs i think.

It doesn't spawn in the lava maze, well maybe it does but also at the ruins, picture coming...
