Where are best places (fastest) to train, and at what levels?

Hmm, Ardounge, but get it higher than 53, get it to about 55-57 otherwise it is a hell of a time

On the guards, there quite quick xp.
& when your on low health theres the food stall.
When you get to the level, i'll give you about 28 picklocks (you'll need them)

Train at Al Kharid guards, they are easier because they don't get you as often as guards.

Ive always found master farmers pretty quick and you can steal ranarr seeds
