    When ever Im on the bus or somewhere else and i see a buff girl or woman, my face turns red and i start chewing my chewing gum very fast. What can i do to prevent this and to stay calm. thanks. Also, im 13.

    I don't think that there is anyway to stop it.

    It happens all the time to lads your age. (Even to me)

    Don't worry. Your only 13, therefore you'll just be starting, or will just be in puberty. During puberty your hormones go crazy, and it will cause you to have a lot of re-actions to things you perhaps don't want, or wouldn't usually expect to have. It's a natural thing getting excited, embaressed etc. by perhaps seeing someone you like - so don't worry, just do your best to not let it affect your life, and get on with it.
