On a quest guide for monkey madness it says you need high level agility. But it doesnt say what level.. And on another quest guide it says you don't need agility. I've been getting my agility up today. Its now 26. So what level should I get it to? Or don't I need it? +4 rep if I can

You don't need it, but a high agility level would make it easier.

You dont need a high level agilty it would just be faster if you did have a high level agility

If you get most of the tickets your looking at 14k exp per hour + obsticles as bonus.

I don't remember using agility for it, but obviously any quest is easier with higher agility, because you can run for longer periods of time I think...
