okai it's simple... all u have to do is the first person says "what if............" and the next person replies saying "Then....." .... and then follows with a "what if..." question.
For Example:
Person 1: What if chickens could fly?
Person 2: Then it'd be hard to make chicken noodle soup.
What if Dogs could talk?
Person 3: Then you'd know why they pee on fire hydrants.
What if Bananas could sing?
Etc...
