Clue scroll help

I recently got a clue scroll off a guard and it said this ''you'll need to look for a town with a central fountain. look for a locked chest in the towns chapel'' the town was obviously varrock, so i got to the chapel find the locked chest and it says this ''The chest is locked! An inscription on thge chest says: property of clocktower monastery'' so i'm wondering how im gonna do this clue scroll if you guys could help that'd be great. EDIT: found out were i have to og and its the clocktower but weres the clocktower?

I hope you have your sextant, chart and watch, otherwise you'll need to do a quest. (unless you've already done observatory quest)

And you need to kill a monk for a key for the chest

if youe doing corordenits (spelling ) and using swift swicth go to

Runescape ultilities > tresure locate > and type in ur Coardanates (*** cant spell) and it will show u the place to dig

Just died doing coordinaties which lead to tai bow wanni swiftswitch had a problem and had to turn it off and i reload it and im in fally didnt lose nothing though only lose a spade and my clue scroll.
