He buyed an sig of cymar for runescape cash and wanted an avvy made and wanted to know what program was ued , cymar made the sig and avvy and told him what program he used , he now doesnt want the avvy and hasnt payed for the sig yet , i think thats the story so far :s

You won't get banned for that, I don't see why people keep saying that. =/
It's not like you get banned on habbox if you break the rules on runescape.
And not paying for telling a program isn't against the rules, it's just sad and stupid to even ask money for it.
