More alts to be moved to Elites

As I've noticed that not many alts are being moved to Elites now, we're going to try and move some more from now on.

To get into Elites you really have to put in a lot of effort and it has to be brilliant.

Start making some top-notch alts now

You can always post my alt topic in the elites, alot of people say that it schould be there, and I have no problem with it aswell

There is something that I'd like to add.
Even for alts that really don't deserve it people who barely look at it will mindlessly say 10/10 ELITES!!
We will still be looking over the alterations in detail to make a decision.

4. Do not ask your alteration to be moved to the Elite alterations section - Moderators will move what alterations they think deserve to go there, it is their decision not yours.
