Where's the bullying? It looks kinda like a bunch of deformed mutants and chavs on a black and green blackground.

Try to:

Add some grass effect to the background
Add some shading and white stripes on the road (if it is a road)
Make the victims less deformed
Make the bullies more distinct

Maybe use petal patches for grass instead of just 'fill green'?
And I like the victim that's sitting down, very good!

Not that bad, but there are lots of things you should/could improve:
- More detail (On the road and grass, petals is a good idea and perhaps some ducks?)
- The person in the middle who got beaten up looks like a zombie, make him human again.
- Better shading on the blood
- You wrote BUllies, change it to Bullies so it looks better.
- Give the bullies sunglasses or other things that make them look more like bullies.

I like the 2 people in the bottom left corner, but the guy's blood needs better shading, I know there is shading but it's hard to see.

I'm giving you a 6/10 for now, but I'm sure you can improve it.

Its ok but improve on the grass and make the bulling a bit more obvious but altogether i can see where ur coming from its good nice try7/10

All the comments before should be taken onboard as I think they are absolutely correct, also kudos for the two people in the corner, they look good.

Not sure why there are two people randomly standing there smiling though. Are they bullies too, smiling at what the others have done?

Maybe make the road colour a bit lighter?

Personally, I find it a bit hard to make out some of the people with the dark road, and as said before, maybe make the people less mutated!
