I got a message from one of my habbo friends asking if they could buy me 20 credits. I said yes so they asked me for my pass but not my habbo birthdate or anything... I refused of course cos I didn't know why they wanted it... but i keep wondering if it was a scam or not? :s please help!

It isn't confusing. I know you didn't give out your pass, but if you did they can still log on to your habbo and steal your furni, but you would still have your habbo because they wouldn't be able to change the pass without the birthdate.

you dont need someones pass to buy them credits.
ANything aksing for your pw is a scam. Anyway you shoudl know which friends to trust and which not to, one of my friends has about half my furni in his rooms at the moment, and i knwo i can get it back if i needed it. Another firends who i woulnt trust in a million years with somthing like habbo furni, (is currantly a full blown scammer).

All they have to do is tell you their habbo call code and then they can get credz! Then they can trade u the furni or something. And yes they can steal your furni - by placing ur furni in their rooms. They do that by pressing the let other habbo move and place their own furni!

Don't do it, they will steal all your furni when you are off line.
When people ask your password delete them from your list and never talk to them again, also when they say they will offer lots of credits for something, it probably also is a scam. That's the way people think.
