is there a way that you can see the exact time someone changed the rare value updates

because im on trial for the job, and i pmed steve about all the things that were gonna go up and down, and about 2 hours later

they all changed! and most of them were the same as mine

There isn't an exact time they update it, and why would you want to know at what time they updated it?? The date is enough right?
