When I Went To See The Rare Values On Habbox It Wouldn't Open The Menu For Values But Articles Popped down, I Found If You Have Same Problem And Want To See Rare Values Then Click Habbox Content.

More than likely it is an April Fools joke, or it could be a bug/glitch.
April Fools is over so if it is a joke, they should fix it, otherwise it is a bug/glitch.
