How to stop yourself dying from poisen!

I found this weird thing when i was poisend in the wild i was about to die so i went on my 'show equipment stats' i had 3 hp left and was get hit 4 at a time by poisen i waited and waited until i finally it auto logged me out i logged back in and found my hp was now 10 and i was able to bank my items (which i wasnt too bothered about losing).
I thought if you had say 10 hp left and could not bank and didnt want to die then u could call a frend to either give you food or bring u anti without the worry dying

if u were poisoned in a f2p spot, could u log and go to f2p spot and get food?

I have over 8k pray pots.. so i just pray all items... u drink 50 doses of pray pots.. and it protects 50 items...
