Recent Catalogue Rare Values

I am adding a few more rare values based on my observations in a varitey of trade rooms. First I would just like to state that a decrease in a rare items price may occur when an item is being traded too frequently and is largely available for trade from many users. For example the dragon lamp has been steadily declining based on the fact that there are many people offering them in trade rooms. Not too worry once the dragon hype settles their price should slowly begin to rise. My rare values here are non biased and I would like to note that I posess very few of the items that I will value here.

Throne - 17 hcs
Parasol set including orange - 8.1 hcs
Majestic - 4.6 hcs
Throne Sofa - 4.2 hcs
Grey Bird Bath - 3.8 hcs
Green Bird Bath - 2.1 hcs
Bronze nelly - 2.7 hcs
Silver nelly - 2.1 hcs
Linked Imperials - 1.9 hcs
Dragon Lamp - 1 hc
Holoboy - 1.5 hc
Hologirl - 1.1 hc
Aloe vera 1.2 hc

Thats all for now, alot of people may disagree with me on the value of the dragon lamp but the truth is they probably have 1 or a couple of them Judging by the way it has been trading I believe it will remain at 1 hc and over time we will see an increase in price when a percentage of people start wanting them again.
